In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judea
And in those days cometh John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, saying,
In those days John the Baptist appeared, preaching in the Wilderness of Judea [along the western side of the Dead Sea] and saying,
In those days there appeared John the Baptist, preaching in the Wilderness (Desert) of Judea
In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea
In those days John the Baptist appeared in the desert of Judea announcing,
It was during those days that Yochanan the Immerser arrived in the desert of Y’hudah and began proclaiming the message,
Years later, John the Baptist started preaching in the desert of Judea.
Now in those days comes John the baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
Now during those days John the Baptist comes, proclaiming in the wilderness of Judea
And in those days cometh John the Baptist preaching in the desert of Judea.
When it was the right time, John the Baptizer began telling people a message from God. This was out in the desert area of Judea.
While Jesus still lived in Nazareth, a man called John the Baptist was speaking a message from God. He was doing this in the wilderness in Judea.
In those days, John the Baptist appeared, preaching in the wilderness of Judea and saying,
In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
·About that time [In the course of time; L In those days] John the Baptist began preaching in the ·desert area [wilderness] of Judea.
1 John preacheth. 4 His apparel and meat. 5 He baptizeth. 8 The fruits of repentance. 10 The axe at the root of the trees. 12 The fan and the chaff. 13 Christ is baptized. And in those days, John the Baptist came and preached in the wilderness of Judea,
Later, John the Baptizer appeared in the desert of Judea. His message was,
At that time John the Baptist came to the desert of Judea and started preaching.
In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the Wilderness of Judea
About that time John the Baptist came and began preaching in the desert area of Judea.
About this time, John the Baptist appeared, preaching in the Judean wilderness,
In due course John the Baptist arrived, preaching in the Judean desert: “You must change your hearts—for the kingdom of Heaven has arrived!”
¶ In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea
In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judæa,
Now in those days John the Baptist *came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying,
Now in those days John the Baptist came preaching in the Judean wilderness
While they were living in Nazareth, John the Baptist began preaching out in the Judean wilderness. His constant theme was,
While Jesus was living in the Galilean hills, John, called “the Baptizer,” was preaching in the desert country of Judea. His message was simple and austere, like his desert surroundings: “Change your life. God’s kingdom is here.”

Later, John the Baptizer appeared in the desert of Judea. His message was,

In those days, John the Baptist appeared in the desert of Judea, preaching:
About that time John the Baptist began preaching in the desert area of Judea.
In those days John the Baptist came into the wilderness of Judea proclaiming,
In those days John the Baptist came and preached in the Desert of Judea.
In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea
In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea
In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the desert in the country of Judea.
In those days John the Baptist came to the Judean wilderness and began preaching. His message was,
In those days John the Baptist came and preached in the wilderness of Judea,
In those days John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness of Judea, proclaiming,
In those days John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness of Judea, proclaiming,
In those days John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness of Judea, proclaiming,
In those days John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness of Judea, proclaiming,
In those days John the Baptist appeared. He was preaching in the Judaean wilderness.
Now in those days Yochanan of the tevilah of teshuva appears, preaching, crying out as a maggid (preacher) [for the Moshiach] in the midbar (wilderness) of Yehudah,
And in those days, John the Baptist came and preached in the wilderness of Judea,
In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
In those days, John the Immerser came proclaiming in the wilderness of Judea,
Around the same time, a man called John began to travel, preach, and ritually wash people through baptism in the wilderness of Judea. John preached a stern but exciting message.
In those days, John the Baptizer came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying,
After some years had passed, John the Baptizer came and told God's word in the desert of Judea.
In those days John Baptist came, and preached in the desert of Judaea, [In those days came John Baptist, preaching in the desert of Judaea,]
And in those days cometh John the Baptist, proclaiming in the wilderness of Judea,
