And behold, ye have risen up in your fathers’ stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the Lord toward Israel.

Now look, you [the tribes of Reuben and Gad] have risen up in your fathers’ place, a brood of sinful men, to add still more to the fierce anger of the Lord against Israel.
And behold, you are risen up in your fathers’ stead, a brood of sinful men, to increase still more the fierce anger of the Lord against Israel.
And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers’ stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the Lord toward Israel.
And here you, a brood of sinners, stand in your ancestors’ place adding even more to the Lord’s burning anger against Israel.
Now you’ve taken the place of your ancestors, a group of sinful men, to intensify the Lord’s anger against Israel.
Now you, another brood of sinners, have arisen in your fathers’ place to increase still more the fierce anger of Adonai toward Isra’el!
Now you people of Reuben and Gad are doing the same thing and making the Lord even angrier.
And behold, ye are risen up in your fathers' stead, a progeny of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of Jehovah toward Israel.
And behold, said he, you are risen up instead of your fathers, the increase and offspring of sinful men, to augment the fury of the Lord against Israel.
And now you are doing the same thing that your fathers did. You sinful people, do you want the Lord to be even more angry with his people?
Moses continued to say, ‘Now you are turning against God, as your fathers did. You are as bad as them! You will cause the Lord to be even more angry with the Israelites.
He continued, “See, here you are, a band of sinners standing in your fathers’ place, adding still more to the Lord’s fierce anger against Israel.
And behold, you have risen in your fathers' place, a brood of sinful men, to increase still more the fierce anger of the Lord against Israel!
And behold, you have risen in your fathers' place, a brood of sinful men, to increase still more the fierce anger of the Lord against Israel!
and now you ·are acting [L have risen up] just like your ·ancestors [fathers]! You sinful people are making the Lord even more angry with Israel.
And behold, ye are risen up in your father’s stead as an increase of sinful men still to augment the fierce wrath of the Lord toward Israel.
“You’re just like your parents! You’re a bunch of sinners trying to make the Lord angry with Israel again.
And now you have taken your ancestors' place, a new generation of sinful people ready to bring down the fierce anger of the Lord on Israel again.
And here you, a brood of sinners, stand in your fathers’ place adding even more to the Lord’s burning anger against Israel.
And now you are acting just like your fathers! You sinful people are making the Lord even more angry with Israel.
And now, look! You’re acting just like your ancestors, like a brood of sinful men, who are provoking the fierce anger of the Lord against the Israelis one step at a time.
And, behold, ye are risen up in the place of your fathers, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the LORD toward Israel.
And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers' stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the Lord toward Israel.
And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers’ stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the Lord toward Israel.
Now behold, you have risen up in your fathers’ place, a brood of sinful men, to add still more to the burning anger of Yahweh against Israel.
Behold, you stand in the place of your fathers, a brood of sinful men, to increase still more Yahweh’s fierce anger against Israel.
But here you are, a brood of sinners doing exactly the same thing! Only there are more of you, so Jehovah’s anger against Israel will be even fiercer this time.
“And now here you are, just one more mob of sinners stepping up to replace your ancestors, throwing fuel on the already blazing anger of God against Israel. If you won’t follow him, he’ll do it again. He’ll dump them in the desert and the disaster will be all your fault.”
“Behold, you have risen up in your fathers’ place, an increase of sinful men, to increase more the burning anger of the Lord toward Israel.
“You’re just like your parents! You’re a bunch of sinners trying to make Yahweh angry with Israel again.
And now here you are, offspring of sinful stock, rising up in your ancestors’ place to add still more to the Lord’s blazing anger against the Israelites.
Now behold, you have risen up in your fathers’ place, born of sinful men, to add still more to the burning anger of the Lord against Israel.
Now behold, you have risen up in your fathers’ place, a brood of sinful men, to add still more to the burning anger of the Lord against Israel.
Now, you brood of sinful men have risen up to take your fathers’ place, adding to the Lord’s blazing anger against Israel.
and now you are acting just like your ancestors! You sinful people are making the Lord even more angry with Israel.
Now look, you are standing in your fathers’ place, a brood of sinners, to increase still further the fierce wrath of the Lord against the Israelites.
“Now here you are, you bunch of sinners! You have taken the place of your fathers. And you are making the Lord even angrier with Israel.
“And here you are, a brood of sinners, standing in the place of your fathers and making the Lord even more angry with Israel.
‘And here you are, a brood of sinners, standing in the place of your fathers and making the Lord even more angry with Israel.
And look! You have risen in your fathers’ place, a brood of sinful men, to increase still more the fierce anger of the Lord against Israel.
Now see, you have grown up in your fathers’ place, children of sinful men. You add still more to the burning anger of the Lord against Israel.
But here you are, a brood of sinners, doing exactly the same thing! You are making the Lord even angrier with Israel.
And now you, a brood of sinners, have risen in place of your fathers, to increase the Lord’s fierce anger against Israel!
And now you, a brood of sinners, have risen in place of your fathers, to increase the Lord’s fierce anger against Israel!
And now you, a brood of sinners, have risen in place of your fathers, to increase the Lord’s fierce anger against Israel!
And now you, a brood of sinners, have risen in place of your fathers, to increase the Lord’s fierce anger against Israel!

“Now look, here you stand in the place of your fathers as a brood of sinful men to add more to Adonai’s great wrath against Israel!
Now you dare to propose this—you’re as sinful as your predecessors! The Eternal will surely loose His tremendous anger against us again.
“Behold, you have risen up in your fathers’ place, an increase of sinful men, to increase the fierce anger of Yahweh toward Israel.
And Moses said, Lo! ye the increasings, and nourished children, of sinful men, have risen (up) for your fathers, that ye should increase the strong vengeance of the Lord against Israel. (And Moses said, Lo! now ye, the increasings, and nourished children, of sinful men, have taken your fathers’ place, and ye would provoke the strong vengeance of the Lord against Israel once again.)
`And lo, ye have risen in the stead of your fathers, an increase of men -- sinners, to add yet to the fury of the anger of Jehovah toward Israel;
