Blessed are they that keep judgment and he that doeth righteousness at all times.
Blessed are they that keep justice, And he that doeth righteousness at all times.
Blessed are those who observe justice [by honoring God’s precepts], Who practice righteousness at all times.
Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are those who observe justice [treating others fairly] and who do right and are in right standing with God at all times.
Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.
How happy are those who uphold justice, who practice righteousness at all times.
The people who uphold justice, who always do what is right, are truly happy!
How happy are those who act justly, who always do what is right!
You bless those people who are honest and fair in everything they do.
Blessed are they that keep justice, [and] he that doeth righteousness at all times.
From the rising and the setting of the sun, from the north and from the sea.
Those who obey his commands are happy. They do good things all the time.
God has blessed the people who obey his commands. They always do what is right.
Blessed are those who defend justice, who do what is right all the time.

Happiness comes to those who are fair to others and are always just and good.
Hallelujah! Thank God! And why? Because he’s good, because his love lasts. But who on earth can do it— declaim God’s mighty acts, broadcast all his praises? You’re one happy man when you do what’s right, one happy woman when you form the habit of justice.
