The wicked borroweth and payeth not back, but the righteous showeth mercy and giveth:
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again; But the righteous dealeth graciously, and giveth.
The wicked borrows and does not pay back, But the righteous is gracious and kind and gives.
The wicked borrow and pay not again [for they may be unable], but the [uncompromisingly] righteous deal kindly and give [for they are able].
