Psalm 15:4
in whose eyes a vile person is contemned, but he honoreth them that fear the Lord; he that taketh an oath to his own hurt, and changeth not;
In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, But who honoreth them that fear Jehovah; He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not;
In his eyes an evil person is despised, But he honors those who fear the Lord [and obediently worship Him with awe-inspired reverence and submissive wonder]. He keeps his word even to his own disadvantage and does not change it [for his own benefit];
In whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he who honors those who fear the Lord (who revere and worship Him); who swears to his own hurt and does not change;
In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
who despises the one rejected by the Lord but honors those who fear the Lord, who keeps his word whatever the cost,
someone who despises those who act wickedly, but who honors those who honor the Lord; someone who keeps their promise even when it hurts;
who look with scorn on the vile, but honor those who fear Adonai; who hold to an oath, no matter the cost;
They hate worthless people, but show respect for all who worship the Lord. And they keep their promises, no matter what the cost.
In whose eyes the depraved person is contemned, and who honoureth them that fear Jehovah; who, if he have sworn to his own hurt, changeth it not;
Their infirmities were multiplied: afterwards they made haste. I will not gather together their meetings for blood offerings: nor will I be mindful of their names by my lips.
They hate those who fail to please God and honor those who respect the Lord. If they make a promise to their neighbor, they do what they promised.
He does not respect wicked people, but he does respect people who serve the Lord. When he promises to do something, he always does it.
He despises everyone whom God rejects, but he honors those who fear the Lord. When he promises something, he does not break his word even though it costs him a lot.

·They do not respect hateful people [L The wicked are despised in their eyes] but honor those who ·honor [L fear] the Lord. They keep their promises to their neighbors, even when it hurts.

The one who despises those rejected by God but honors those who fear the Lord. The one who makes a promise and does not break it, even though he is hurt by it.
They despise those whom God rejects, but honor those who obey the Lord. They always do what they promise, no matter how much it may cost.

He must not respect hateful people. He must honor those who honor the Lord. He must keep his promises to his neighbor, even when it hurts.
The one who despises those who are utterly wicked, but who honors the one who fears the Lord, who keeps his word even when it hurts and does not change,
In whose eyes the vile person is not esteemed; but he honours those that fear the LORD. He that swears to his own hurt and does not change.

speaks out against sin, criticizes those committing it, commends the faithful followers of the Lord, keeps a promise even if it ruins him,
“Don’t hurt your friend, don’t blame your neighbor; despise the despicable.

The one who despises those rejected by Yahweh but honors those who fear Yahweh. The one who makes a promise and does not break it, even though he is hurt by it.
Who disdains the wicked, but honors those who fear the Lord; Who keeps an oath despite the cost,
A despicable person is despised in his eyes, But he honors those who fear the Lord; He takes an oath to his own detriment, and does not change;
In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, But who honors those who fear the Lord; He swears to his own hurt and does not change;
who looks with disdain on the wicked but honors those who fear the Lord, who abides by his oath, no matter what the cost,
They do not respect hateful people but honor those who honor the Lord. They keep their promises to their neighbors, even when it hurts.
He despises a reprobate, but honors the Lord’s loyal followers. He makes firm commitments and does not renege on his promise.
They hate evil people. But they honor those who have respect for the Lord. They keep their promises even when it hurts. They do not change their mind.

In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the Lord; He who swears to his own hurt and does not change;
He looks down upon a sinful person, but honors those who fear the Lord. He keeps his promises even if it may hurt him.
Those who despise flagrant sinners, and honor the faithful followers of the Lord, and keep their promises even when it hurts.

A wicked man is brought to nought in his sight; but he glorifieth them that dread the Lord. He that sweareth to his neighbour, and deceiveth him not; (He who regardeth the wicked as worthless; but he honoureth those who fear the Lord/those who revere the Lord. He who sweareth an oath, or who promiseth, to his neighbour, and deceiveth him not;)
Despised in his eyes [is] a rejected one, And those fearing Jehovah he doth honour. He hath sworn to suffer evil, and changeth not;
