I will incline mine ear to a parable; I will open my dark saying upon the harp.

I will incline my ear and consent to a proverb; On the lyre I will unfold my riddle.
I will submit and consent to a parable or proverb; to the music of a lyre I will unfold my riddle (my problem).
I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.
I turn my ear to a proverb; I explain my riddle with a lyre.
I will pay close attention to a proverb; I will explain my riddle on the lyre.
My mouth is about to speak wisdom; my heart’s deepest thoughts will give understanding.
I have in mind a mystery that I will explain while playing my harp.
I will incline mine ear to a parable, I will open my riddle upon the harp.
He shall call heaven from above, and the earth, to judge his people.
I listened to these sayings. And now, with my harp, I will sing and make the hidden meaning clear.
I have studied proverbs. I explain what they mean as I make music on my harp.
I will listen carefully to wise teaching. With a lyre I will explain deep truths.
I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will solve my riddle to the music of the lyre.
I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will solve my riddle to the music of the lyre.

I will incline mine ear to a parable, and utter my grave matter upon the harp.

I will turn my attention to proverbs and explain their meaning as I play the harp.

I will pay attention to a wise saying. I will explain my riddle on the harp.

I will incline mine ear to a parable; I will declare my enigma upon the harp.

I will tell in song accompanied by harps the answer to one of life’s most perplexing problems:
I set plainspoken wisdom before you, my heart-seasoned understandings of life. I fine-tuned my ear to the sayings of the wise, I solve life’s riddle with the help of a harp.
I will incline my ear to a parable; I will expound my riddle with a harp.
I will turn my attention to a proverb. I will explain my riddle with the music of a lyre.
My mouth shall speak words of wisdom, my heart shall offer insights.
I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will express my riddle on the harp.
I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will express my riddle on the harp.
My mouth will speak words of wisdom, and the utterance of my heart will give understanding.
I will pay attention to a wise saying; I will explain my riddle on the harp.
I will learn a song that imparts wisdom; I will then sing my insightful song to the accompaniment of a harp.
I will pay attention to a proverb. I will explain my riddle as I play the harp.
I will turn my ear to a proverb; with the harp I will expound my riddle:

I will turn my ear to a wise saying. With a harp, I will tell what is hard to understand.
I listen carefully to many proverbs and solve riddles with inspiration from a harp.
I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will solve my riddle to the music of the harp.

My mouth speaks wisdom, My heart’s meditation is understanding.
I will tune my ear to the words of a proverb; to the sounds of a harp, I will reveal my riddle.
I will incline my ear to a proverb. I will solve my riddle on the harp.
I shall bow down mine ear into a parable; I shall open my reason set forth in a psaltery. (I shall listen closely to a parable; then I shall set forth my understanding on a lute.)
