“And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘These things saith the First and the Last, who was dead and is alive:
And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These things saith the first and the last, who was dead, and lived again:
“And to the angel (divine messenger) of the church in Smyrna write: “These are the words of the First and the Last [absolute Deity, the Son of God] who died and came to life [again]:
And to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Smyrna write: These are the words of the First and the Last, Who died and came to life again:
And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
“Write to the angel of the church in Smyrna: Thus says the First and the Last, the one who was dead and came to life:
“Write this to the angel of the church in Smyrna: These are the words of the one who is the first and the last, who died and came back to life:
“To the angel of the Messianic Community in Smyrna, write: ‘Here is the message from the First and the Last, who died and came alive again:
This is what you must write to the angel of the church in Smyrna: I am the first and the last. I died, but now I am alive! Listen to what I say.
And to the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: These things says the first and the last, who became dead, and lived:
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna, write— These things says the First and the Last Who became dead and came-to-life.
And to the angel of the church of Smyrna write: These things saith the First and the Last, who was dead, and is alive:
“Write this to the angel of the church in Smyrna: “Here is a message from the one who is the First and the Last, the one who died and came to life again.
‘Write this to the angel of the church at Smyrna: “This is the message to you from the one who is the first and the last. He was dead, but he became alive again.
To the messenger of the church in Smyrna write: The First and the Last, who was dead and came to life again, says this:
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘The words of the first and the last, who died and came to life.
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘The words of the first and the last, who died and came to life.
“Write this to the ·angel [or messenger; see 1:20] of the church in Smyrna [C a major city in western Asia Minor, identified with present-day Izmir, Turkey]: “The One who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again [C the resurrected Jesus; 1:17–18], says ·this [L these things]:
¶ And unto the Angel of the Church of the Smyrnians write, These things saith he that is first and last, which was dead and is alive.
“To the messenger of the church in Smyrna, write: The first and the last, who was dead and became alive, says:
“To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: “This is the message from the one who is the first and the last, who died and lived again.
“Write to the angel of the church in Smyrna: “The First and the Last, the One who was dead and came to life, says:
“Write this to the angel of the church in Smyrna: “The One who is the First and the Last says this to you. He is the One who died and came to life again.
“To the messenger of the church in Smyrna, write: ‘The first and the last, who was dead and became alive, says this:
“Write this to the angel of the Church in Smyrna: ‘These words are spoken by the first and the last, who died and came to life again. I know of your tribulation and of your poverty—though in fact you are rich! I know how you are slandered by those who call themselves Jews, but in fact are no Jews but a synagogue of Satan. Have no fear of what you will suffer. I tell you now that the devil is going to cast some of your number into prison where your faith will be tested and your distress will last for ten days. Be faithful in the face of death and I will give you the crown of life. Let every listener hear what the Spirit says to the Churches: ‘The victorious cannot suffer the slightest hurt from the second death.’
¶ And unto the angel of the congregation {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones} of Smyrna write: These things, saith the first and the last, who was dead, and is alive:
And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: This is what the first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life, says:
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: “This is what the first and the last says, who was dead and came to life:
“To the leader of the church in Smyrna write this letter: “This message is from him who is the First and Last, who was dead and then came back to life.
Write this to Smyrna, to the Angel of the church. The Beginning and Ending, the First and Final One, the Once Dead and Then Come Alive, speaks:
“To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: “The First and the Last, who was dead and came to life, says these things:
· “To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: The one who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life, has this to say:
“To the messenger of the church in Smyrna, write: The first and the last, who was dead and became alive, says:
“To the angel of the church in Smyrna, write this: “‘The first and the last, who once died but came to life, says this:
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life, says this:
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life, says this:
“To the angel of the Church in Smyrna, write: “ ‘These are the words of the First and the Last, who was dead and came to life again:
“Write this to the angel of the church in Smyrna: “The One who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again, says this:
“To the angel of the church in Smyrna write the following: “This is the solemn pronouncement of the one who is the first and the last, the one who was dead, but came to life:
“Here is what I command you to write to the church in Smyrna. Here are the words of Jesus, who is the First and the Last. He is the one who died and came to life again. He says,
“To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again.
‘To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again.
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write, ‘These things says the First and the Last, who was dead, and came to life:
“Write this to the angel of the church in the city of Smyrna: ‘The One Who is First and Last, the One Who died and came to life again, says this:
“Write this letter to the angel of the church in Smyrna. This is the message from the one who is the First and the Last, who was dead but is now alive:
And to the angel of the congregation of Smyrna write: These things says he who is the first and the last, who was dead and is alive:

And to the malach (angel) of the Kehillah in Smyrna, write: These things says HaRishon and HaAcharon, who became niftar (deceased) and had his histalkus (passing), and came back to Chayyim (Life): [YESHAYAH 44:6; 48:12]
“And to the angel of the Church of the Smyrnians write: ‘These things says He who is first and last, Who was dead and is alive:
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘The words of the first and the last, who died and came to life.
“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘The words of the first and the last, who died and came to life.
To the angel of Messiah’s community in Smyrna write: “Thus says the First and Last, who was dead and came to life.
Write down My words, and send them to the messenger of the church in Smyrna. “These are the words of the First and the Last, the One who was dead and returned to life:
“To the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: “The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life says these things:
`Write this to the angel of the church people in Smyrna: Here are the words of the one who is the First and the Last. He is the one who died but lived again.
And to the angel of the church of Smyrna write thou, These things saith the first and the last, that was dead, and liveth.
`And to the messenger of the assembly of the Smyrneans write: These things saith the First and the Last, who did become dead and did live;
