Romans 2:14

For when the Gentiles, who have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, they, not having the law, are a law unto themselves,
(for when Gentiles that have not the law do by nature the things of the law, these, not having the law, are the law unto themselves;
When Gentiles, who do not have the Law [since it was given only to Jews], do instinctively the things the Law requires [guided only by their conscience], they are a law to themselves, though they do not have the Law.
When Gentiles who have not the [divine] Law do instinctively what the Law requires, they are a law to themselves, since they do not have the Law.
For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
So, when Gentiles, who do not by nature have the law, do what the law demands, they are a law to themselves even though they do not have the law.
Gentiles don’t have the Law. But when they instinctively do what the Law requires they are a Law in themselves, though they don’t have the Law.
For whenever Gentiles, who have no Torah, do naturally what the Torah requires, then these, even though they don’t have Torah, for themselves are Torah!
Some people naturally obey the Law's commands, even though they don't have the Law.
For when [those of the] nations, which have no law, practise by nature the things of the law, these, having no law, are a law to themselves;
For whenever Gentiles, the ones not having the Law, are doing by nature the things of the Law, these ones not having the Law are a law to themselves,
For when the Gentiles, who have not the law, do by nature those things that are of the law; these having not the law are a law to themselves:
Those who are not Jews don’t have the law. But when they naturally do what the law commands without even knowing the law, then they are their own law. This is true even though they don’t have the written law.
The Gentiles do not have God's Law. But they may still do the right things that the Law teaches. They do right things because of what they themselves think is right. In that way they are showing that they have a certain law in their minds, even though they do not know God's Law.
In fact, whenever Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature what the law requires—even though they do not have the law—they are a law for themselves.
For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law.
For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law.
(·Those who are not Jews [Gentiles] do not have the law, but when they ·freely [by nature; instinctively] do what the law commands, they ·are the law for themselves [or reveal their awareness of God’s law]. This is true even though they do not have the law [C the written law of Moses].
For when the Gentiles which have not the Law, do by nature the things contained in the Law, they having not the Law, are a Law unto themselves,
For example, whenever non-Jews who don’t have the laws in Moses’ Teachings do by nature the things that those laws contain, they are a law to themselves even though they don’t have any of those laws.
The Gentiles do not have the Law; but whenever they do by instinct what the Law commands, they are their own law, even though they do not have the Law.
So, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, instinctively do what the law demands, they are a law to themselves even though they do not have the law.
(The non-Jews do not have the law. But when they freely do things that the law commands, then they are the law for themselves. This is true even though they do not have the law.
For whenever gentiles, who do not possess the Law, do instinctively what the Law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the Law.
When the Gentiles, who have no knowledge of the Law, act in accordance with it by the light of nature, they show that they have a law in themselves, for they demonstrate the effect of a law operating in their own hearts. Their own consciences endorse the existence of such a law, for there is something which condemns or commends their actions.
for when the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature that which is of the law, these, not having the law, are a law unto themselves;
For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
For when Gentiles who do not have the Law naturally do the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves,
For whenever the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature the things of the law, these, although they do not have the law, are a law to themselves,
He will punish sin wherever it is found. He will punish the heathen when they sin, even though they never had God’s written laws, for down in their hearts they know right from wrong. God’s laws are written within them; their own conscience accuses them, or sometimes excuses them. And God will punish the Jews for sinning because they have his written laws but don’t obey them. They know what is right but don’t do it. After all, salvation is not given to those who know what to do, unless they do it.
When outsiders who have never heard of God’s law follow it more or less by instinct, they confirm its truth by their obedience. They show that God’s law is not something alien, imposed on us from without, but woven into the very fabric of our creation. There is something deep within them that echoes God’s yes and no, right and wrong. Their response to God’s yes and no will become public knowledge on the day God makes his final decision about every man and woman. The Message from God that I proclaim through Jesus Christ takes into account all these differences.
For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, not having the law, are a law unto themselves,
For whenever the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature the things required by the law, these, although they do not have the law, are a law to themselves.
For example, whenever non-Jews who don’t have the laws in Moses’ Teachings do by nature the things that those laws contain, they are a law to themselves even though they don’t have any of those laws.
For when the Gentiles who do not have the law by nature observe the prescriptions of the law, they are a law for themselves even though they do not have the law.
For when Gentiles who do not have the Law instinctively perform the requirements of the Law, these, though not having the Law, are a law to themselves,
For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves,
Therefore, when Gentiles, who do not have the Law, act by nature in conformity with the Law, they are a law for themselves, even though they have no Law.
(Those who are not Jews do not have the law, but when they freely do what the law commands, they are the law for themselves. This is true even though they do not have the law.
For whenever the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature the things required by the law, these who do not have the law are a law to themselves.
Gentiles do not have the law. Sometimes they just naturally do what the law requires. They are a law for themselves. This is true even though they don’t have the law.
(Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law.
(Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law.
for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves,
The people who are not Jews do not have the Law. When they do what the Law tells them to do, even if they do not have the Law, it shows they know what they should do.
Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it.
For if the Gentiles who have no law do by nature the things contained in the law, then they, having no law, are a law unto themselves.
When Gentiles, who do not possess the law, do instinctively what the law requires, these, though not having the law, are a law to themselves.
When Gentiles, who do not possess the law, do instinctively what the law requires, these, though not having the law, are a law to themselves.
When Gentiles, who do not possess the law, do instinctively what the law requires, these, though not having the law, are a law to themselves.
When gentiles, who do not possess the law, by nature do what the law requires, these, though not having the law, are a law to themselves.
This is how it works out. Gentiles don’t possess the law as their birthright; but whenever they do what the law says, they are a law for themselves, despite not possessing the law.
For when Goyim, who have not the Torah, do by nature what the Torah requires, they not having the Torah are the torah for themselves,
For when the Gentiles, who do not have the Law, instinctively do the things contained in the Law, then they - not having the Law - are a Law unto themselves,
When Gentiles who have not the law do by nature what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law.
When Gentiles who have not the law do by nature what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law.
For when Gentiles, who do not have the Torah, do by nature the things of the Torah, they are a law to themselves even though they do not have the Torah.
For instance, some outsiders who are not required to follow the law often live quite naturally by its teachings. Even though the law wasn’t given to them, in themselves they have the law. Here’s the thing: their lives demonstrate that God has inscribed the law’s teachings on their hearts. On judgment day, their consciences will testify for them, and their thoughts will both accuse and defend them.
(for when Gentiles who don’t have the law do by nature the things of the law, these, not having the law, are a law to themselves,
Some people do not have the law. But they do what the law says because their own hearts tell them to. They have a law of their own, even though they do not know the law.
For when heathen men that have not law, do naturally [do by kind] those things that be of the law, they not having such manner [of] law, be law to themselves,
For, when nations that have not a law, by nature may do the things of the law, these not having a law -- to themselves are a law;
