And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac
And not only so; but Rebecca also having conceived by one, even by our father Isaac—
And not only that, but this too: Rebekah conceived twin sons by one man [under the same circumstances], by our father Isaac;
And not only that, but this too: Rebecca conceived [two sons under exactly the same circumstances] by our forefather Isaac,
And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
And not only that, but Rebekah conceived children through one man, our father Isaac.
Not only that, but also Rebecca conceived children with one man, our ancestor Isaac.
And even more to the point is the case of Rivkah; for both her children were conceived in a single act with Yitz’chak, our father;
Don't forget what happened to the twin sons of Isaac and Rebekah.
And not only [that], but Rebecca having conceived by one, Isaac our father,
And not only this, but there is also Rebekah having bed from one man, Isaac our father.
And not only she. But when Rebecca also had conceived at once, of Isaac our father.
And that is not all. Rebecca also had sons, and they had the same father. He is our father Isaac.
Remember this too: Later, Isaac's wife, Rebekah, gave birth to twins. Those two sons had the same father, who was our ancestor, Isaac.
Not only that, but Rebekah also had children by one man, our forefather, Isaac.
And not only so, but also when Rebekah had conceived children by one man, our forefather Isaac,
And not only so, but also when Rebekah had conceived children by one man, our forefather Isaac,
And that is not all. Rebekah’s sons ·had the same father, [or were conceived at the same time by] our ·father [ancestor; forefather] Isaac.
Neither he only felt this, but also Rebecca, when she had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac.
The same thing happened to Rebekah. Rebekah became pregnant by our ancestor Isaac.
And this is not all. For Rebecca's two sons had the same father, our ancestor Isaac.
And not only that, but also Rebekah received a promise when she became pregnant by one man, our ancestor Isaac.
And that is not all. Rebekah also had sons. And those sons had the same father, our father Isaac.
Not only that, but Rebecca became pregnant by our ancestor Isaac.
That means that it is not the natural descendants who automatically inherit the promise, but, on the contrary, that the children of the promise (i.e. sons of God) are to be considered truly Abraham’s children. For it was a promise when God said: ‘At this time I will come and Sarah shall have a son’. (Everybody, remember, thought it quite impossible for Sarah to have a child.) And then, again, a word of promise came to Rebecca, at the time when she was pregnant with two children by the one man, Isaac our forefather. It came before the children were born or had done anything good or bad, plainly showing that God’s act of choice has nothing to do with achievements, good or bad, but is entirely a matter of his will. The promise was: ‘The older shall serve the younger’.
And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac
And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
And not only this, but there was Rebekah also, when she had conceived twins by one man, our father Isaac;
And not only this, but also when Rebecca conceived children by one man, Isaac our father—
And years later, when this son Isaac was grown up and married and Rebecca his wife was about to bear him twin children, God told her that Esau, the child born first, would be a servant to Jacob, his twin brother. In the words of the Scripture, “I chose to bless Jacob but not Esau.” And God said this before the children were even born, before they had done anything either good or bad. This proves that God was doing what he had decided from the beginning; it was not because of what the children did but because of what God wanted and chose.
And that’s not the only time. To Rebecca, also, a promise was made that took priority over genetics. When she became pregnant by our one-of-a-kind ancestor, Isaac, and her babies were still innocent in the womb—incapable of good or bad—she received a special assurance from God. What God did in this case made it perfectly plain that his purpose is not a hit-or-miss thing dependent on what we do or don’t do, but a sure thing determined by his decision, flowing steadily from his initiative. God told Rebecca, “The firstborn of your twins will take second place.” Later that was turned into a stark epigram: “I loved Jacob; I hated Esau.”
Not only that, but Rebekah also had conceived by one man, our father Isaac.
Not only that, · but · when Rebecca had conceived twins by one man, our forefather Isaac ·—
The same thing happened to Rebekah. Rebekah became pregnant by our ancestor Isaac.
And not only that, but also when Rebecca had conceived children by one husband, our father Isaac—
And not only that, but there was also Rebekah, when she had conceived twins by one man, our father Isaac;
And not only this, but there was Rebekah also, when she had conceived twins by one man, our father Isaac;
And not only that, but Rebekah became pregnant by one man, her husband Isaac.
And that is not all. Rebekah’s sons had the same father, our father Isaac.
Not only that, but when Rebekah had conceived children by one man, our ancestor Isaac—
And that’s not all. Rebekah’s children were born at the same time by the same father. He was our father Isaac.
Not only that, but Rebekah’s children were conceived at the same time by our father Isaac.
Not only that, but Rebekah’s children were conceived at the same time by our father Isaac.
And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one man, even by our father Isaac
Not only this, but there was Rebecca also. Rebecca gave birth to two sons at the same time. Both of them were sons of Isaac.
This son was our ancestor Isaac. When he married Rebekah, she gave birth to twins.
Neither was it so with her only, but also when Rebecca was pregnant with twins by one – I mean, by our father Isaac.
Nor is that all; something similar happened to Rebecca when she had conceived children by one husband, our ancestor Isaac.

Not only so, but also in the case of Rivkah (Isaac’s wife) who conceived by the one act of sexual intercourse with Yitzchak Avinu.
and not only her, but Rebecca also, when she had conceived by one, even by our Father, Isaac.
And not only so, but also when Rebecca had conceived children by one man, our forefather Isaac,
And not only so, but also when Rebecca had conceived children by one man, our forefather Isaac,
And not only this, but also Rebecca having twins, from one act with our father Isaac.
But the story didn’t stop there. Remember when Rebekah conceived her twin boys by our father Isaac?
Not only so, but Rebekah also conceived by one, by our father Isaac.
And not only she, but also Rebecca had two sons of one lying-by of Isaac, our father. [Forsooth not only she, but and Rebecca, of one lying-by, or of one knowing of man, having two sons of Isaac, our father.]
And not only [so], but also Rebecca, having conceived by one -- Isaac our father --
