Though he has disciplined me, look now! I see my son Tobias!” Then Tobit came in rejoicing and praising God at the top of his lungs. Tobias told his father that his trip had been successful: that he had brought the money; that he had taken Sarah, Raguel’s daughter, as his wife; and that, indeed, she was arriving and was near the gate of Nineveh.
And Tobias took hold of it, and drew it from his eyes, and immediately he recovered his sight.
He brought this illness upon me, but now I can see my son Tobias! Then Tobias went happily into the house, praising God at the top of his voice. He told his father how successful he had been, that he had not only brought back the money, but had married Raguel's daughter Sarah, who was on her way and would soon arrive.
God it was who afflicted me, and God who has had mercy on me. Now I see my son Tobiah!” Then Tobit went back in, rejoicing and praising God with full voice. Tobiah related to his father how his journey had been a success; that he had brought back the money; and that he had married Raguel’s daughter Sarah, who was about to arrive, for she was near the gate of Nineveh.
Although he afflicted me, he has had mercy on me, and now I see my son Tobiah.” Then Tobit went inside, rejoicing and praising God with all his strength. Tobiah reported to his father about the success of his journey, saying that he had brought back the money with him, that he had married Sarah, the daughter of Raguel, and that Sarah would soon arrive at their home, since she was not far from the gates of Nineveh.

Tobias reported to his father that his journey had been successful, that he had brought the money, that he had married Raguel’s daughter Sarah, and that she was, indeed, on her way there, very near to the gate of Nineveh.

For thou hast afflicted me, but thou hast had mercy upon me; here I see my son Tobi′as!” And his son went in rejoicing, and he reported to his father the great things that had happened to him in Media.
