Tobit 13:16

Jerusalem will be built as a city, God’s house for all ages to come. I will be greatly favored when the few remaining from my offspring see your glory and acknowledge the king of heaven! The gates of Jerusalem will be built with sapphire and emerald, and all your walls will be made of precious stone. The towers of Jerusalem will be built with gold, and their fortifications will be made of pure gold.
They shall be cursed that shall despise thee: and they shall be condemned that shall blaspheme thee: and blessed shall they be that shall build thee up.
Jerusalem will be rebuilt and will be his home forever. Jerusalem, how happy I will be when my descendants can see your splendor and give thanks to the King of heaven. Your gates will be built with sapphires and emeralds, and all your walls with precious stones. Your towers will be made of gold, and their fortifications of pure gold.
for Jerusalem will be rebuilt as his house forever. Happy too will I be if a remnant of my offspring survives to see your glory and to give thanks to the King of heaven! The gates of Jerusalem will be built with sapphire and emerald, and all your walls with precious stones. The towers of Jerusalem will be built with gold, and their battlements with purest gold.
Jerusalem will be rebuilt as his dwelling place for all ages. How happy I shall be if a portion of my descendants survive to witness your glory and praise the King of heaven. The gates of Jerusalem will be constructed of sapphire and emerald, and all your walls with precious stones. The towers of Jerusalem will be built of gold, and their battlements with pure gold.

The streets of Jerusalem will be paved with ruby and with stones of Ophir.

And they shall be cursed, that despise thee, and they shall be damned or condemned, that blaspheme thee; and they shall be blessed, that build [up] thee.
