So they sent for the female servant, lit a lamp, and opened the door. The female servant entered and found them fast asleep together.
And when they had prepared the pit, Raguel went back to his wife, and said to her:
They then sent a servant woman to take a lamp and see if he was still alive. As she opened the door, she could see that both of them were sound asleep.
