Exodus 12:25-27

25 And it will be, when you enter the land which Yahweh will give you, as He has [a]promised, you shall keep this new [b]slavery. 26 (A)And it will be when your children say to you, ‘[c]What is the meaning of this new slavery to you?’ 27 that you shall say, ‘It is a Passover sacrifice to (B)Yahweh who passed over the houses of the sons of Israel in Egypt when He smote the Egyptians, but delivered our homes.’” (C)And the people bowed low and worshiped.

New International Version
25 When you enter the land(A) that the Lord will give you as he promised, observe this ceremony. 26 And when your children(B) ask you, ‘What does this ceremony mean to you?’ 27 then tell them, ‘It is the Passover(C) sacrifice to the Lord, who passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt and spared our homes when he struck down the Egyptians.’”(D) Then the people bowed down and worshiped.(E)
