Haggai 1:6-8

6 You have (A)sown much, but bring in little; you eat, but there is not enough to be satisfied; you drink, but there is [a]not enough to become drunk; you put on clothing, but no one is warm enough; and he who earns, earns wages to put into a bag with holes.”
7 Thus says Yahweh of hosts, “Set your heart to consider your ways! 8 Go up to the [b]mountains and bring wood and (B)rebuild the house of God, that I may be (C)pleased with it and be (D)glorified,” says Yahweh.

New International Version
6 You have planted much, but harvested little.(A) You eat, but never have enough.(B) You drink, but never have your fill.(C) You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages,(D) only to put them in a purse with holes in it.”
7 This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Give careful thought(E) to your ways. 8 Go up into the mountains and bring down timber(F) and build my house, so that I may take pleasure(G) in it and be honored,(H)” says the Lord.
