²⁸ Which the clouds pour down,
They drip upon man abundantly.
²⁹ “Can anyone understand the ^(E)spreading of the clouds,
The ^(F)thundering of His ^[c]pavilion?

²⁸ “Has ^(A)the rain a father?
Or who has begotten the drops of dew?

⁸ Who ^(A)covers the heavens with clouds,
Who ^(B)provides rain for the earth,
Who ^(C)makes grass to ^[a]grow on the mountains.
