27 “‘If an ordinary individual[a] sins by straying unintentionally[b] when he violates one of the Lord’s commandments which must not be violated,[c] and he pleads guilty, 28 or his sin that he committed[d] is made known to him,[e] he must bring a flawless female goat[f] as his offering for the sin[g] that he committed.
