The Ascension

⁵⁰ And He led them out as far as ^(A)Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. ⁵¹ While He was blessing them, He parted from them and was carried up into heaven.

² until the day when He ^(A)was taken up to heaven, after He ^(B)had ^[a]by the Holy Spirit given orders to ^(C)the apostles whom He had ^(D)chosen.
