¹⁹ So then, when the Lord Jesus had ^(A)spoken to them, He ^(B)was received up into heaven and ^(C)sat down at the right hand of God.

The Ascension

⁹ And after He had said these things, ^(A)He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.

¹¹ They also said, “^(A)Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into ^[a]the sky? This Jesus, who ^(B)has been taken up from you into heaven, will ^(C)come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.”

^22 (A)beginning ^[a]with the baptism of John until the day that He ^(B)was taken up from us—one of these must become a ^(C)witness with us of His resurrection.”
