32 And He was stating the matter (A)plainly. And Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him. 33 But turning around and seeing His disciples, He rebuked Peter and *said, “Get behind Me, (B)Satan; for you are not setting your mind on [a]God’s interests, but man’s.”
34 And He summoned the crowd with His disciples, and said to them, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and (C)take up his cross and follow Me.

32 He spoke plainly(A) about this, and Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him.
33 But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!”(B) he said. “You do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”
