8 Let (A)all the earth fear Yahweh;
Let all the inhabitants of the world (B)stand in awe of Him.
9 For (C)He spoke, and it was;
He commanded, and it [a]stood.
10 Yahweh (D)nullifies the counsel of the nations;
He frustrates the thoughts of the peoples.
