12 Blessed is the man whom (A)You chasten, O [a]Lord,
And (B)whom You teach out of Your law;
13 That You may grant him (C)relief from the (D)days of adversity,
Until (E)a pit is dug for the wicked.
14 For (F)the Lord will not abandon His people,
Nor will He (G)forsake His inheritance.
