  1. Greeting

    Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God
  2. concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh,
  3. among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ;
  4. To all who are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
  5. Desire to Visit Rome

    First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
  6. in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.
  7. even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;
  8. being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
  9. to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
  10. but also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead,
  11. Faith Triumphs in Trouble

    Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
  12. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.
  13. But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
  14. For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
  15. so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
  16. Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
  17. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
  18. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
  19. I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.
  20. Free from Indwelling Sin

    There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
  21. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
  22. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
  23. nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
  24. that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
  25. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
