  1. Then Moses had Aaron and his sons come near, and he washed them with water.
  2. Next Moses had Aaron’s sons come near, and he clothed them with tunics and wrapped their waists with sashes, and bound caps on them, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

  7. Then Moses said to Aaron, “It is what the Lord spoke, saying, ‘By those who come near Me I will be treated as holy, And before all the people I will be honored.’” So Aaron, therefore, kept silent.
  8. except for his relatives who are nearest to him, his mother, his father, his son, his daughter, and his brother,
  9. also for his virgin sister who is near to him because she has not had a husband; for her, he may defile himself.
